FOX 5 Washington DC: Weather App Reviews

I dont like the update. There is no color to it and it all seems to run together. I liked it before better.

Most recent update is awful. Everything blends together making it difficult to read. Time to find a new weather app.

I used to rely heavily on the Fox 5 Weather app for tracking weather and reliable reporting. Since the update to this new format both have suffered. On occasion you can reopen it when its running in the background and it doesnt update. I then have to shut it down (swipe it up) completely and restart it to get it to update. I can open the app on both my iPhone and iPad and have two different forecasts. How is this even possible? Ads are totally annoying, especially on an iPad. I know they were there before but they stand out more now or are bigger.( Ive heard the channel 4 app does not have ads) Finally, I know this is not a fault of the app, but the weather forecasts are way off. Everyone else is saying 5-8 inches of snow and the app says "some snow likely". Really!!

I tried to send video and pics but it keeps saying upload failed!!! It never word for me. Please fix it or let me know how to get it to work. Thnx

I like the old version much better. This is especially to hard to decipher on an iPhone. Go back to the old version!

Cant stand the blue on blue daily forecast. Old version much easier on the eyes. Switching to Channel 4 weather app.

The readability of both the hourly and 10 forecasts is much improved. Good update.

The current version of the app is only playing the paid advertisement and then sits on a blank black screen with no weather report playing. This is while my device is connected to a reliable high speed wifi connection, via Comcast cable.

Works fine with iphone 5, but doesnt work on iPhone 6plus S.
